There are a series of tree planting events taking place in Faversham, Sheerness and Sittingbourne area, anyone is welcome to come and participate and help to plant the 784 trees in the scheme.

The project itself is being coordinated by the Skillnet Group Community Interest Company, they are a social enterprise for people with and without learning difficulties striving to achieve equality. Partly funded by The Big Tree Plant and Award for All, they hope to make the year 2015 a positive one for their cause but also for the benefit of the wider community.
